CXXR Corporation was established in the mid 90’s for the purpose of developing, constructing and selling multi-family residential condominiums in Alberta. In 2005 CXXR Corporation was registered in British Columbia to develop Silver Bay & Amber Bay.

The Directors of CXXR have many years of experience in this industry:

Guy Gelineau, President and Director, recently built Kensington Mews in Calgary, Alberta, a two phase, mixed use development, consisting of 61 high end condominiums plus street level retail stores. This development sold out prior to completion.

Michael Donner is a successful businessman and land developer. Michael has lived in Nelson for over twelve years where he initially established a 52 acre community subdivision on which 11 family homes were built. Currently Michael is creating a residential subdivision of 9 lots within the City of Nelson.

Dave Sowiak, Director & Construction Manager has owned his own construction company for the last 26 years during which he has built many single family homes as well as multi-family projects. Dave has lived in the Kootenays for the last 15 years where he has been very active in the business community.
