The blend of Greek and Persian culture seemed quite natural at the wedding of George & Susan. It was a beautiful celebration bringing together their families to participate in the joining of these two people. Our friends George & Susan enjoyed their amazing wedding at the fabulous Bel-Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades, next to Santa Monica, California. This has to be one of the most spectacular wedding venues that we have photographed. Santa Monica is a jewel nestled beside the ocean in between the craziness of Los Angeles and relative remoteness of Malibu. Only a sunny sky would have made the day any more perfect. Yet the dense fog rolling in off the Pacific Ocean set the wedding aglow in a soft diffused light that made the occasion intimate and poignant. The soft light was also great for photos! We want to thank Susan and George for including us in their joyful day. We had a lot of fun, and a lot of good hummus.
Since their wedding was going to be later in the evening, Susan & George had a first sighting when they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day. Here are a few images from the greeting.
